What do we believe?
Investing in people can be a company's longest and most challenging journey, but it is also the most rewarding.
Our purpose is people, which is why we believe that valuing human development should be at the forefront, where a happy working environment creates healthy and stimulating relationships that gradually increase results.
How did it go?
We decided to bring the "mirror" talents together for a different moment, totally out of the company's routine. So that they could experience something out of the ordinary and thus bring about some mindset changes for what is to come this year.
The participants received a special invitation a few days beforehand, along with T-shirts, chocolates and some tips on what they needed to bring.
In all, 11 people took part and had the opportunity to experience a different day.
What did we do?
We created expectation, brought out some feelings, tried to generate engagement and unity among them, sat on the grass, went back to childhood, relambed. The tears rolled, the smiles were released, the hugs were sincere, the challenges were real and the goals were set.
Taking part in PicLean was a great way to end the year! It was a moment of reflection. I was able to look back on 2018 and project my goals for 2019 very clearly! PicLean gave me the opportunity to get to know the people who work with me better and also provided me with moments of personal and team alignment so that the coming year will be even more successful.

What was the main objective?
The main objective of PicLean was to challenge everyone to leave some things behind and turn their eyes to what lies ahead, letting go of some things from the past and seeking to visualize real goals, challenging themselves to dream in order to achieve even more.
We know that human development is our greatest asset and that's why we invest in them so that they can be mirrors for those around them and thus multiply everything they receive, helping us to develop new talents.
We are constantly changing and we try to bring this to every talent in our team, providing moments outside the curve so that a culture of engagement, strength and above all, a culture of success, can be increasingly perfected.
