The company's head office has a new look to bring in new business and generate even more results
The year was 2018 and two professionals were joining forces to found a company with an ambitious goal: to accelerate business by doing more with less. Thus Lean Sales was born, based on the Lean Six Sigma model, and initially aimed at serving industry. The first office was in the garage of a rented house in Rio do Sul, in the Itajaí Valley. Four years later, the company, now 100% dedicated to the IT market, is preparing to hand over a new unit, completely fresh-faced and ready for new challenges.

















Lean Sales ' new office is located in Centro Comercial Brisas, in the center of Rio do Sul, and has more than 400 square meters, divided between the company's various sectors. The open space concept is in line with the company's positioning of integrating teams so that all challenges can be tackled in a 360º way.
"Seeing how far we've come over the years is a source of great pride for all of us. Four years ago, this might have seemed like a distant dream. With a lot of dedication to what we do, it was possible for us to be here today, inaugurating this space that says a lot about who we are and where we want to go," says Jorge Dalfovo, Director of Growth at Lean Sales.

Lean Sales now has two offices in Santa Catarina, in Rio do Sul and Itajaí. The company brings together more than 100 specialists from different areas to offer integrated strategies for commercial acceleration in the IT market.
Growing team
Lean Sales is constantly growing and, for this reason, has several open positions for different areas of the team. All of them are available on the company's website. The expectation is to hire at least 25 new specialists to generate even more business for the IT market.
